Put some good balls into the box and did well near the end not to give the ball away and get a shot off.

Sorry I'm just clutching at straws and trying to take a positiv from a real poor performance.

He looked good when he came on. Very direct. Some good runs & crosses. Shame about the rest of the team though!

Was our best player when he came On, created a few chances and forced the only save their keeper had to do.He should have come of bench at HT for Barnes

Created a lot more in 15 minutes than the rest of the team did in 75. We actually looked like we could score after he came on. Overall we were very poor today

Maybe after 30 mins given Barnes’s head had gone

Agreed, Hedges was the only positive to take from the entire debacle, he looked sharp and created more threat than the entire team managed in the previous 76 minutes

I was very surprised to see him replaced by Gardner. Thought Hedges on for him would be a given.

    Had one Tuesday! Was awful.

If he gets another let’s hope we see today’s player not Tuesday’s

I thought that he performed well when he came on. He had the shot saved after a good positive run and put those two fabulous balls into the box which were put behind for corners. Interesting to see that he was brought on as a left wing back as well.

I've said all season that he deserves more starts . He' s probably just one if those players that says nowt cos he doesn't want to upset the apple cart.

Wasn't there on Tuesday, so can't asses him on that, but today he was direct,
and almost our only threat and I was impressed with him.
I've only seen Gardner once, today, but I'm sure we have better midfielders from what I witnessed from him today.
What about Stevie Mallan? Must be due a chance soon over and above the likes of Gardner, and Moncur for that matter.

He puts a good low cross in that’s for sure but I think he might be a better player coming off the bench?

He was best of a bad bunch today.

He's just not ready impact sub at the best this season, worth a try as striker for last 15 minutes of a game if we are not performing. High hopes for him in the future tho.
