Ive just been speaking to Sky cancellation team, I currently pay 59 for the variety package plus Sky sports, the've offered me the same for 35.7 per month (40% reduction).........does anyone think I could hold out for a better deal.....oh, and I'm not interested in the Kodi stick option, not got the B/B speeds etc to make this a viable option....cheers in advance

I rang last year and they offered a deal if I signed up for another 18 months.

I told them someone I knew had taken advantage of a better deal to stay, but the guy wouldn't budge. Just said to try again at a later date as offers can change.

There are two retention teams at Sky. The first lot can offer you a certain level of discount then second {last resort} can offer an increased amount. My mate works on the second team. It can be a little hit and miss though.

60% minimum. Or 50% with credit.

I’m on last day of my notice period and all they’re offering me is 30%. I’m coming to end of my £20 for everything deal + £100 credit (5 month free).

But my last account was in our lasses name 10 month ago. That was £25 for everything. She’s been getting several phone calls a week from them recently. Which she ignores. But also monthly letters offering 60% off.

Deal before that was 25 month at £25 for everything.

Tbh, even at 60%, I don’t think it’s worth it. Going to leave it a couple month and check out the new customer deals for a Sky Q.
