Heard there is no problem with BMBC and they are happy with everything. Possibly the percentage split could be the hold up as Paul Conway wants more input, and then there is Billy Beane.
Well, if that is the case, then they’ll be some on here who will no doubt be so disapointed that BMBC are not at fault should the takeover not happen.
It's a joke Huddersfield Red. sick of the club telling us how important the fans are. Mr Cryne telling us the clubs for the fans and the other BS. Do we have Mr Heckingbottom telling us that results aren't important? They take us for mugs. The only think that's important to any of thems the ST money in April.
I honestly think the deal will be done very soon. Regarding the percentage split, it's Cryne that's unhappy with things they're offering and nothing to do with internal things at their side.
I had always assumed that PC’s shares were being bought by a SPV of which the members of the consortium are all shareholders to a lesser or greater degree. i.e. PC is selling to one entity. He isn’t selling say 50% of his holdings to Chien, 40% to Conway and 8% to Beane. That’s how I’ve read it anyway.
Heard? Or read that speculative post on TykesMad, where another poster says that he doesn't spend much at Nice.... with Balotelli & Sneijder, really? Nobody outside of the club and the Daily Mail reporter who broke the story knows owt.
A Newco will be incorporated and the separate parties will subscribe for shares at a price that collectively is enough for Newco to acquire PC’s shares. A SPV won’t come into it.
Is this the same source that told you the takeover would be completed on that Thursday in October, was it?
Just in the know. And a lot of people on this thread and others have said things that are remarkably accurate about the takeover.
You do realise that it's incredibly commercially sensitive? They aren't going to give you a running commentary on negotiations, deal with it.
When u say close it' been like that for quite a while . How close is close .re when do u think it may be completed .
It's not about running commentaries. How's it progressing? The club are making a harsh backlash likely if it doesn't happen because of the way they've done it. No excuses can be made.
I actually joked weeks back that it wouldn't be completed until after the January transfer window. At that point it was tongue in cheek. And I'm thinking this will now actually be the case
Sounds to me like you do want a running commentary... What do you mean no excuses can be made? It's commercially sensitive and releasing details could prejudice the deal. That's a pretty good excuse. We know talks are ongoing and that's all we'll know until it's either announced as completed or fallen apart. It's the correct (and only) way to handle things like this.
