How the referee didn't award a pen there was beyond me. Absolute stone wall.

That was how I saw it. But the reason the ref didn’t award it isn’t a mystery he spotted it was a red shirt and we don’t get them given to us only against

I think he just plain bottled it.

He looked long and hard at it; I think he realised he'd have to send off their player too (as he'd already been booked) and thought about the 'double jeopardy' thing, and before he knew it, it had been 10 seconds and he was still squatting, so he just didn't give anything.

    Bizarre decision.

I sit near the half way line in East Stand Lower & it looked like a clear pen & I agree the ref's body language looked like he was gonna give it & then he bottled it. Similar for the leg breaking sending off that he bottled.

I thought, watching at the game, that it was a great tackle by their player but as always I’ll have to see the highlights to see what went on.

Great through ball by Yiadom for it, weighted it absolutely perfectly.

Looked 50/50 to me but would have gave it for tackle from behind.....maybe.

They didn't show the penalty incident on the Sky highlights.

    It was ******* nailed-on.

I am so unsurprised these decisions go against us that I don't even get angry any more.

The kids and I didn't think it was one. If it was against us I would 100 % guarantee it would have been given. Meh, really that we didn't get it.
Not meh however that that cheap ***** didn't get a straight red for taking off into Lindsey with a textbook 2 foot.

Me and a few others round me thought it was a good challenge. As did the official Twitter feed.

    Wasn't a foul, never a penalty.

We all sit in different parts of the ground, and we all see things differently, i saw a good challenge from woods, and would have loved a penalty, but a spot on decision by the referee. We were good today, played some good footy matched a team unbeaten in 8.

We sit slightly to the right of it....everybody round us claimed a pen...have to be honest I thought it was a fair decision though, a pure 50/50 challenge .

    In real-time, looked 50/50.

On replays, and slo-mo's I've seen since, it's a great tackle.
