    He wasn't great on Tuesday, first half he was really poor. I can see why Heckingbottom wants to try and make everyone think otherwise after spending a sizeable amount on him but he's not great. Strangely enough he was more expensive than Mawson, Nice one Paul.

    I've every sympathy and I hope he gets his life and career back on track, but we gambled with McCourt and Mido and ended up pouring money down the drain. That's enough for me. I'd rather we spent whatever's available on strengthening positions that will help us win games rather than avoid losing them.

    Not for me. We’ve got 4 decent centre backs just been unlucky with injuries & not been able to field a settled defence.

    The budget needs to be used on a striker, a central midfielder, a goalie, a winger (if Barnes goes) & a full back (if Yiadom goes)

    We tried to get him on loan from Spurs a few years back. I have a soft spot for damaged people, but I don't run the football club... :(

    I'd say Yes, IF we can get him at a reasonable salary. He seems to be solid, considering he has a solid premier league experience + experience in this division.

    1. He was motm and rightly so.
    2. Heckingbottom doesn't make the signings.
    3. Are we seriously judging players by transfer fees? If so every striker who cost more than 500k is **** because that's all Arsenal paid for Anelka
