If a player was available with that kind of ability , I think he would be above Championship level , sounds like Hazzard or DeBruyner

 

Yes we did n some of them weren’t needed. Being patient is not the issue it’s the amount of rushed n seemingly panic transfers we sign at last minute

 

Not necessarily but the clubs blue print restricts what we look for (ie age wise) n from where we get them from but it’s worked in the past we as a club just have to keep looking n searching for that kind of player

Ive said it befire these transfer Windows should be made two weeks long and save all the pissing abart and kerfuffle that sky and newspapers love.

 

I feel same way as you, seems a talent, does it in u23's yet doesn't even get a chance in team. I thought match vs millwall would've seen Mallan and a couple of others start who don't get as much game time just to see what they can do or try to help build their confidence and match fitness ready for rest of season. I get that the club may want to go further in cup for possible financial reason amongst others but it seems league is more important at the moment as we are only just floating above relegation zone. Players like Mallan can make magic happen from nothing, seen some of his long strikes in past to support that. Plus his set pieces may help get Pinnock a few more goals if not himself lol
