    He looked lost a lot of the time today. Quite a few times players were at him telling him where he needed to be. He’s got the ability to play off the striker, and have an easy ride, but when he’s got to work and be disciplined, then he’s useless.

    I get the feeling he wants all the benefits of being a footballer but wants none of the responsibility or work that comes with it.

    Really dislike him as a person. It really offends me that I put a hell of a lot of my wages into Barnsley FC just to have the piss taken out of me by some arrogant little pretty boy with a sense of entitlement.

    Change the title of the post to hourihane and go back a couple of years and its seems very familiar. Not saying potts is ,or ever will get to that standard, but Christ on a bike we have just got a cracking point against the league leaders and folk seem more interested in finding someone to slag off



    I realise this post might mean I have low expectations

    Heckingbottom and his team will have much better objective statistical analysis of all of our players to determine who deserves a place in the team

    He has put a lot of faith in Potts so there must be something on his side.

    For what it’s worth I don’t really understand what he brings to the team apart from a little presence in midfield and an ability to arrive late in the box and I do think we need more quality in there, but I am happy to admit that Hecky knows a hell of a lot more about Football than me!

    I thought he was poor and has been all season. Slow in thought and and a lumberer physically. Needs half a stone off too.

    This does not detract from what was a good point btw but all players are there to be critiqued.

    That's because a poor playeris one thing but for someone to take the piss by not even trying is really offensive to me. It IS a personal thing because not trying isn't about his ability it's about his personal choice not to put effort in
