    Little things but developments.
Thought scoreboard looked clearer and brighter someone commented we’ve had a software upgrade.
Toilets in West Stand have been painted and new hand dryers.
Hope this is the start of modifications to make the whole set up more professional

It's promising. They've obviously told someone to start getting these things done. The sort of stuff that would get left if you were watching the cash and in which there's no direct profit return. Like they said...improving the fan experience.

One I noticed was the club shop open after the game. I was so enthused by the performance went in and bought a new scarf. First time I’ve noticed it open after a game for a while.

Scoreboard definitely looked brighter and more vivid.
I really hope that the board is modular and 3 more panels can be added to it to form a much larger square

Wouldn't you want to add 5 one either side and 3 along the top

One to the side and two above to make it a larger square

In this subject what would people like us to do now to improve the matchday experience?

I've always thought a pub or supporters club of some sort would be a good idea with a decent outside area to entice a few more drinkers out of town.

I know redfearns is up and running but I think somewhere a bit bigger would improve what we have with redfearns.

    Any more ideas?

I thought they'd been opening for 30 minutes after the match for a while. Could be wrong though.

I can't remember if it's happened before or not but there were people selling half time draw tickets inside the concourse. There was quite a big queue at one in the East Stand even though the entrance music was being played. I was half impressed that it was there and clearly working at getting more sales and half in disbelief that people had walked past the sellers outside and were risking missing the start of the match to queue for one.

That's always happened. The programme sellers inside the concourse sells half time draw tickets too. Unless we do two different kinds of half time draws.

I've noticed the east stand betting stall which was built a few months ago has been closed for the past few games and beer pumps have appeared in them.

Also I've heard a rumour that the scoreboard IS going to be replaced with a proper big one for next season.

Ah, ok. Maybe I just noticed it because of the queue yesterday.

Speaking of queues. The queue for the refreshment stalls at half time is getting a bit ridiculous. They need to install a queuing system like they have for the largely empty alcoholic stalls

In terms of ideas, I like the idea mentioned in another thread of an app. It could be used to order food, report racist or aggressive behaviour anonymously, vote for MotM, check scores of matches ongoing at other clubs, etc.

I don't bother even going down to the concourse at half time any more. I used to go for a tea to warm me up but I'd stand there waiting for the whole of half time and then have to go back up for the match restarting before getting one. I don't know why but it always seems much colder in the concourse than actually outside in the stands.
