We need to strengthen in a bunch of areas, but let's get behind Hecky & the new owners. First new signing laid off two match winning balls we didn't convert. If either had gone in we would have been ecstatic on here. COYR

99.9% of us are behind Hecky and the new owners. Let's not lose sight of the fact that we have only won 1 in 13 and that was against the bottom of the league. Like many others, I haven't seen a victory since 4th November.

We've looked very solid defensively these last few league games - rarely looked threatened by Wolves, Reading, Preston or Sunderland. Just need to be a bit more clinical up front and I've no doubt we'll be out of the relegation scrap. Still have some worries over who's going to fill in for Gardner and Williams in the next game though - a point at Villa would be another huge result.

Well I was at Sunderland and I'm happy.

Was the first time I have been able to go in a while and was impressed with the defence and with Gardner too. Will be tough next week without Williams and Gardner.

We just lack a little creativity in the side. We could do with a creative midfield player that is better than Moncur, and we really need some quality outwide. Izzy has been good when I have seen him this season but is having a tough time of it with injuries it seems. Hammill has been a great servant to us but just isn't good enough to start nowadays and with Barnes back at Leicester and Hedges injured (who I don't think is ready just yet for this level) we really need some quality additions out wide.

Agree with this regarding wingers. Hammill has got a lot of praise recently and I agree his work rate has been excellent - however still don't think he offers enough going forward anymore. Always seems to want too much time on the ball. Wingers and DM a must for me before the weekend - if Isgrove is out then that leaves Hammill and Potts as wingers and then only Moncur and Mallan in the middle.

Not particularly with our current form but I am confident about our ability to win games and I think we will stay up. This makes me happy, is it allowed?

That response is in a nutshell what's wrong with the club.

You are HAPPY for the minimum and expect little else

Or just being realistic about the clubs objectives this season which are just to stay in this division.

This response is whats wrong with you.

No, he was expressing a realistic point. Just because you can get Barnsley to win the European Cup on Fifa Manager doesn't make it a serious expectation for the real life club.
