He is no better than who they have either. They are looking to move on Bent and Martin if rumours are to be believed, I personally would rather have Martin over Jerome any day
Ask Hecky how many strikers does he want. And like most managers he'd probably say something on the lines of 'you can't have enough strikers'. But personally- for the two strikers positions- the manager should have the option of at least six strikers.
6? That's far too excessive. For a team playing 2 strikers 4 is sufficient otherwise how are you going to keep them all happy getting game time? you'd be rotating the team non stop.
Shows where their sights are set, doesn't it. I suppose if we were in their position we might be doing the same.
SIX!!!!! Manchester City, notorious for having cover for every position have two, Man United have four, with one too old and injured to hardly play. Chelsea have two. Liverpool have Four, again with one that's perpetually injured. Tottenham have two. So what I'm saying is if you asked the five managers in the top 5 positions in the country's top league, their answer would be one quality striker (Aguero, Lukaku, Morata, Firmino, Kane) with one or two to cover.
Whoever suggested 6 strikers for 2 positions is either a moron, or a wind-up merchant. Or both. That’s so many strikers than some wouldn’t even get much of a game in the reserves.
well I suppose id rather have one striker who can score goals than 3 /4 that cant see Barnsley fc 2017/18
