You are correct what you say & to add to your observations , there are eleven clubs in the Championship who so far have not made one signing so far this january & as we signed Moore , we are not one of the eleven
McGeehan went before Williams was sent off & as for the others , they are hardly ever in the match day squad , so why would you replace them ?
Coming from the man who never starts a thread and never has a comment to make unless it's attacking other posters. You're a complete and utter waste of space.
The comment in the thread title is how Jonathan Buchan sees it in his Tweet - I don't think Hecky gave much away one way or the other. In any event the transfers are clearly not his decision alone. I imagine we'll wind up with Fletcher on loan, but that that will not come off until the of the window when Boro know how they are fixed.
In 2 days the 2 named teams you've said we should be aspiring towards are Sheffield Wednesday and Sheffield United. People on here seem to vouch to you being a real person but I've had my doubts on your mental aptitude since that weird "man in the street" thread a few years back.
Ok since we signed Keiffer Moore, we've had to tell ourselves that its difficult and it takes time etc, and that we're going to have to be patient. I understand all of this but lets remember .... we dont have the time and if the new owners think that we'll be ok this season with what we've got and with carrying on with the plan of signing just kids etc, then they really dont have a clue. Obviously Im hoping they dont think this but until we start strengthening this team like Hecky has been suggesting we do for ages now, then I fear the worst (its just the way I am!).
I would prefer we got players lined up in the four months the window was shut, so we could bring some in at the start of January. New ownership is bringing the same issues with getting guys in. I didn't expect all our business to be done already, but only one in after losing an handful isn't a great situation to be in.
