Two good points, can’t argue with either.

Ademola Lookman at Everton, looks like he will struggle for game time with who they'e signed and could be a good addition on loan. We seem to have a great relationship with Everton, which could work in our favour over other potential suitors.

    Just throwing it out there.

Phenomenal talent. If we’re in for him then we’ll be one of twenty-four.

Would love to see Marley Watkins back, could be available and can play up top and on wing. Would have to take a pay cut but would be coming back to where he’s played his best football. Fits in with our style of play as well.

This doesn’t surprise me at all. As I said in another thread, he doesn’t understand how to screen the defence. He likes to tackle but that does not make him good at the role he currently plays for us. He chases way too many balls and as a result players spin straight off him. He’s been a big factor in the reason we’ve had so many shots from distance against us this season.

He’s a good footballer who’s all action style will get him a lot of man of the match awards. However in terms of being effective in the specific role he’s playing for us this season he hasn’t been great.

I’d actually like to see him moved up a position and let Gardner screen the defence as he was flawless in there against Wolves and never bust a gut to do so.

I agree with you , I like Williams but he is not the finished article , whilst Gardner has that experience & quality to play the role of defensive midfielder, as he did against Wolves , his performance spoke volumes

Have you any idea if Charlie Wyke is of interest to us?

He’s being linked with a move to the Championship, and fits the big striker mould.

Good points Chris. I’m glad someone sees this lad how I see him

He’s nowhere near the finished article other wise he’d be banging on the door at Everton but there’s huge potential in there

He seems to struggle against better quality opposition and was left chasing shadows against Leeds

Let’s hope he can continue to improve along with the rest of the team

2 near misses and 2 goals that were correctly ruled offside and ball hit back of net way after whistle. Oh,and no mention of our 2 misses near the end which would’ve won us the game

They didn’t have one shot on target all game. 0-0 wasn’t lucky it was what our defensive performance deserved.
