Didn’t see it myself but pleased he’s trying it.

Positive line up that! Come on Reds!

Okay then, 3 centre halves, as many felt we should try. Looks as though Isgrove is out so I think its a brave but positive move.

It's a good 11 and with Yiadom and Cavare as wingbacks, there's no reason why it shouldn't work.

I think Isgrove being out has forced his hand a little. Nice to see 2 upfront.

I agree. With them playing well lately we haven't got too much to lose. Let's hope they're not prepared for such a different setup.

With no wingers (hammill or Isgrove) 352 is our best formation. Really hope it works out

Be interested to see how McCarthy does as part of a back three. Feel like he's had his confidence shot by being dropped when playing well, and then had to suffer for three or four games having Moncur playing in front of him so lost any kind of form.

Walsall fans were all for him being sent back to Southampton before he got moved to right back. I think as a three though his pace and distribution should be a positive.

Negative - no Hammill. Yiadom is not the attacking threat he would be on the right.

With the exception of McCarthy for Jackson (clearly not fit yet) that's exactly how I called it to my mate last night! COYR!

Ps - not suggesting Hammill should play wing-back.

Brought in an attacking threat in the air and dropped our best crosser of a ball!

With that midfield and bench showing a big lack of options, going five at the back makes perfect sense.

Thing is wi decent wingers, they get kicked.. a lot.. I said at the start of the season we'd be lucky to get 30 games out of Issy. With his record. Looks like we'll be lucky if we get half that..

No idea how that line-up will do but can understand why we've gone that way with what is available. I would have played Hammill as one of the three in midfield but maybe I'm being daft.

Look at the state of that midfield.
