Credit to them for applauding the old guy who came back second half when he got taken ill in the first half yesterday. Looked worrying but good to see him come back looking much better

I missed that but fair play. A lot better than the Villa fans outside the Witton Arms who were spitting and chucking pints at our fans on the street. Not sure why we were all denied entry after the pub was widely advertised as away fan friendly.

The stewards were pretty good yesterday, helpful and friendly. But West Midlands Police... totally unapproachable, heavy handed bully boys. I saw one lad get bumped into by an officer, totally accidentally, who then proceeded to pick him up by the throat and shove him away. Totally uncalled for. Not sure what prompted officers to drag a young lad out for celebrating our goal either, especially by twisting his head back and ramming a knee into his back. All par for the course at a football match I suppose...

Nice to see both sets of fans uniting for the elderly gent and Cyrill Regis though.

West Mids Police don't have the best record.
