Nar then redarmychris - that's a lot better post int it?
And I'm sure it didn't hurt to put that together.

Mate, you're one of the most sensible posters on here. I don't think Chris's post was aimed at you and it was in a different thread. His reply is still not as extreme as some on here.

I genuinely don't see that happening, as the day to day running of Barnsley and Nice are quite separate, at least as far as we've been led to believe. Besides, I really think that the new owners are smart enough to realise that developing players and then flogging them to Nice would quickly see their popularity take a serious nosedive.

Thank you for that but I doubt my wife would agree with you.

There's just one thing that bothers me about all this. I enjoy the frenzy about transfers at this time of year (and in the summer) but I often get asked who I would sign if I were in charge. I've no idea. I simply don't understand how anyone who is not "in the game" can suggest players. The idea that you can't criticise a transfer rumour unless you suggest a counter-rumour with a player of your own is utter bilge. In my opinion of course.

You could put me in a medieval torture chamber and the only players I could possibly suggest would be Conor Hourihane, Marley Watkins and Josh Scowen. I don't know any other players to suggest.

    Exacty.

It's like saying "guess what number I'm thinking of". It's impossible.

But to lash out and abuse sensible posters is the mark of a spoiled child.

Especially when the bloke who's in the know has only just found the bottle to post names himself.

2 possible targets for a premiership winger on loan. I expect one of these will be Harvey Barnes?

I can't see us buying players to sell on to Nice, but I can see Nice buying players and loaning them to use for a season to develop.

    No I didn’t.

By the way, do you still think I just word things cleverly to make it appear as though I’m right without knowing anything?

No, not any more, to be fair. You used to, but you've changed your writing style. You've also started naming names from time to time.

One thing still worries me though. If you really do have a source in the club, or if you work for the club yourself, then either you or your source is probably breaking a contract and risking disciplinary action if discovered. It also leaks confidential info which could alert other clubs, which could be bad for us. Either way I wish you wouldn't do it, and I find the symbolic riddles you post puerile to say the least. I do realise that others like your "snippets" though. That's up to them.

As far as I'm concerned, they make my brain hurt.

    You’ve got plenty of bottle.
