    Are they better managers? Possibly.

    Are they better head coaches? Not so sure.

    Would they be willing to work under the same restraints Hecky has to? Would they ****!

    People need to realise the differences between a manager and a head coach. ‘The Plan’ isn’t going to be thrown outta window anytime soon.

    Purely from a technical point of view, what happened when the team was " asset" stripped last
    January is akin to giving a joiner a bag of blunt chisels and a rubber hammer and still have the expectation
    that he will do a perfect job.!
