    No indication on the market for who'll be taking over.Simpson favourite but already been crossed off by Alan Biggs and second fav.M.Mc who doesn't seem likely to make is way back up north.The others are any price really.This says to me the board are really keeping the next appointment a closed secret.

    GG said the shortlist would be drawn up over the weekend and interviews would take place this week.

    A betting index is to make money for the company producing it, its fluctuations are based on the money placed so i wouldn't be judging who our next head coach is going to be from them til its nailed on and just about announced

    I doubt he’ll get it if he was there because he’s had an interview.

    If you think about how job applications work though there’s no reason why he wouldn’t get an interview.

    On paper he would meet all criteria. He’s even got experience as a ‘head coach’. And will be more than happy to work under the spread sheet.

    Scary stuff.

    Well if he conducted his interview in the same manner he motivated his last two appointments we’ve Nietzsche to worry about .
    Don’t think Danny would see himself as just head coach imo so if true it all sounds very interesting manager + head coach ?

    Doubt it he probably just got an interview. Never know though might be director of football role up for grabs. Hecky said he wanted one.
