    I rate him too.

If he can keep his temperament in check I feel like he could be a big player for us. Especially next season with Yiadom very likely to not be here.

I just mean ability wise. I don’t think Mallan or Moncur are good enough to create chances in open play in that role & Knasmüllner looked way off the pace last Monday.

I like our wingers & full backs & I like McBurnie & I liked Bradshaw & Moore against Fulham as a partnership. I’d like to see us go old school 4-4-2 with plenty of balls in the box & play to our strengths

Well I keep hearing about all these great and badly used/treated number 10’s and the two defensive midfielders so I had to wonder!

Cavare's mile better than Pinillos both defensively and in attack.

But Yiadom is our best right-back and loses something playing on the left.

    I can’t imagine we will play 442

I haven't the foggiest idea what formation Jose will play. But it's up to each and every player to work their socks off, firstly to get in the first team and then secondly, to stay there. If we can give ourselves a bit of a boost with a new gaffer 'bounce' over the next three matches in particular, then the club's immediate future can be brighter than it currently appears to be.

I think he won’t even consider 442. Could be miles off like

I think OP has formation right. Think there will be personnel changes.
Caverre in for Pinillos, as he is a much better footballer. McBurnie is surely a starter.
Think our main Keeper may get the nod too.

    Just listened to the presser.

Confirmed he’d like to get the team set up in a 4-2-3-1 or 4-3-3.

Saying he won’t change too much at once. Recognised the team often play 4-4-2 so he’ll work with that making small changes are progressing it from there.

I really wouldn’t be surprised to see Davies reinstalled as our number one tomorrow night. I suppose it all depends on whether Morais has been more impressed by Davies or Townsend from what he has witnessed thus far.

I really can’t see us playing a target man as a number 10 and two central midfielders on the flanks, Matt. If we do set up like that then I’ll be bitterly disappointed. We’ll see.

I suspected and he has hinted in his latest interview, that he won't make this change in formation immediately but will phase it in once has had time with the players. There may be one change from the Wednesday game (Moore for Bradshaw) but I expect it will be the same team.
