    Currently had to close over 80% of its restaurants because it has cocked up changing to a new delivery company

    If that was done to save costs it will take a long time to claw that back once its sorted

    Never eat KFC - Young lad does though.
    A couple years ago I got him boneless banquet from the drive through on Wakefield Road.
    While sat in the car eating, he pulled out a chicken leg (with bone).
    Went back in to complain and was swapped for a boneless piece of chicken.
    Only rather than throw the chicken leg away. Which by then, was over 5 minutes old and had been handled by my son. The KFC guy took it out the box and put it back with the other chicken legs under the heat lamps.

    (Pure speculation here ) I have wondered for it was linked to that meat supplier going into administration after the mass recall of their products for food hygiene reasons.

    I imagine that would have opened him up to a potential patent / intellectual property claim for dog turnstiles, linesmen on wheels and so on.
