Morning all I’ve just been to the top of my garden and collected 4 eggs from the chickens. I have poached the eggs on rye bread with a side of avacodo mashed with chillies. Really quite sublime and highly recommended to all. I’m heading up to Oakwell today via a convention in Ross-on-Wye. I’m meeting my friends Val and Gavin before the match. Let’s hope the lads can plunder a victory and we can start shooting up that league. George Spicer.
Morning George. Add a squeeze of lemon and some raw garlic to the avocado and it will taste even better, promise.
Good morning George. I can second Orsens observation on the climate in South Yorkshire today. I did my customary morning excercise " Up two three, down two three and then my other eyelid." and then I went outside to unlock the gates to my property and spotted a brass monkey with a welding rod in its hand near my garage. I share your sentiments around this evenings game my dear fellow. Let's hope Hammill, McBurnie and Co can find the wherewithal to despatch the spherical beyond the custodians charge a few times , because as they say in these parts if they can , we should be **** on. We must get three points tonight, otherwise, you could say our survival chances really have gone for a Burton. Hope you have an absolutely spiffing day and we get the win to round off our day.
Oh I say, what a spiffing brekkers old boy! Nar like t'others 'ev sed. It's chuffin cold up 'ere bring summat to wrap up warm toneet. (That is unless you are in one of those nice warm executive boxes)
Good morning, George. It was interesting to hear of Mary Berry's views on how your mashed avocado wouldn't go down so well with toast. She's suggesting it's "toss-on-Rye" if you will I'm sure you savoured every mouthful and it's set you up for a special day, to be rounded off with another Oakwell victory!
Basil, raw garlic, lime and avocado blended together and mixed with pasta is my specialty and its delicious
