As thoroughly dispiriting and galling a defeat would be, it won't be over and probably won't be over until mid April at the earliest. There's a collection of awful teams at the bottom with us who I honestly believe will continue to lose very frequently until the season ends.
Nothings over until it’s mathmatically impossible. But personally think we’re only heading one way. Reckon we’ll see José stamp his mark on the squad tomorrow and the Burton game let him do that with relative impunity. Doubt we’ll see Hammill and Isgrove in the squad tomorrow...
No it’s not over till we carnt get enough points to stay up.Its only a couple of years ago we needed a win at Wigan to get into the playoffs all to play for yet
If that’s right about Hammill and Isgrove, based on selection rather than injury, then I believe our manager is clueless and we are well and truly ******.
Both total rubbish against Burton. Both contenders with Gardner and Bradshaw for Oakwell hide and seek champion He’s got to try something different and play his own way. If that’s without wingers so be it. Although if he picks Bradshaw I’m wi thi
Looking at table, if we lose tomorrow, Hull will be a proper 6 pointer on Tuesday. We could either be 1 or 7 points behind them at final whistle. I would love to see a really positive, winning performance tomorrow to take into the Hull game, but I don't see us being good enough over the last 14 games. Think it'll go to the last knockings of the season though..
Well thats it is it, one week & one match & you say the manager is clueless , unbelievable , why do you not give the bloke a chance & judge him after a reasonable amount of time, surely he deserves the backing of the fans
Or he's looked at the amount they've contributed this season in terms of goals and assists, realised you don't even need one hand for that, and decided to try something else his predecessors didn't? As, you know, we won 1 in 17 under those predecessors.
We had a good side then, with some actual quality. Now we are pinning our hopes on an honest toiler in Brad Potts
