He obviously sees something in the Williams/Gardner pairing that totally escapes me.

Not happy that gardener and williams are starting again but will be interested to see how Potts, Thiam, Moore and McBurnie work together. Can't see many crosses into the box so Christ knows how it's gonna work

Moore in but the best two crossers of a ball at the club not even on the bench?

McBurnie our most potent goal threat and only bloke looking like scoring recently out wide?

Doesn't fill me with confidence at all.

It least it shows some attacking intent - let's see how it works out.

Thiam put more useful balls in the box from wide in the last 30 mins then Isgrove and Hammill had managed for the previous 70 on Tuesday night.

I said a few weeks ago that if we continue to play Gardener and Williams in midfield we would go down.

How a team expects to score goals and be positive with 2 defensive midfielders in the team I have no idea.

Of the points we have got, how many were gained while Gardener had his dead leg?

    I'm guessing its a 4-3-3

Going narrow in midfield with the 4, with Thiam and McBurnie dropping into a 4-5-1 without the ball

    Gutted for Hammill.

Hoped today we would play our best and strongest team to give us the best chance of picking up three valuable points.

Saw that Gardner and Williams are both and thought good luck to those that have gone to cheer them on.
