Not condoning what Carraghers done here but why the hell is the guy recording the video A) listening to how to save a life by the Fray & B) recording video using a mobile phone while driving?
£200 fine and 3 points for the guy filming, if that isn't done then given the evidence then that's disgusting. Carragher stupid reaction and inexcusable, the guy filming has got exactly what he wanted which is sad in itself. Given how this will play out in public rightly or wrongly Carragher could well lose his job.
What Carragher did was inexcusable and disgusting. The bloke filming is out of order and will hopefully be punished appropriately but his actions do not give any justification for the spitting, none whatsoever. If Carraghers natural reaction to some banter from a rival fan is to spit in the face of a fourteen year old girl then he should lose his job as a well paid presenter of a national sports station. It's a little worrying that some people seem to think that the reaction of Carragher is less vile because the Dad was also doing something wrong.
I stopped short of saying he should lose his job as that is for sky to decide after they speak to him. But I would be shocked if he didn't, as far as I know spitting on someone is assault and if that is the case he may be charged.
What sort of ******** uses his wife as a shield and then finds it amusing when she gets spat on? What sort of ******** spits on people?
As pathetic as it is I think which act people get most upset about comes down to which team they prefer. Always found Liverpool and Man United fans to be in a perpetual state of arrested development- the sort of grown men you strongly suspect have their club on their duvet covers.
The same Jamie Carragher who thought it hilarious to mock and laugh at fans after the infamous Liverpool game in the Prem. Pointing to people's trainers then doubling over with laughter. Despicable man. I witnessed it and have never forgotten it.
I actually like Carragher as a pundit, along with Neville they make great TV but I’m afraid it’s going to force SKY into sacking him. It’s a pretty dispicable act. Thing is culturally and with iPhones in hand people now think it’s ok to basically film and shout at people in the public eye in the street, in some cases hurl abuse. It’s become the norm. Society is pretty ****** at the moment.
Come on nar. The guy behind the wheel is a **** for filming and driving but he only shouted the score in a jovial way and he spat at him immediately. Hardly hurling abuse.
That’s not what Carragher says. He says that it went on for a fair amount of time prior to the filming and it wasnt just ‘2-1’ It was far more vitriolic. Just because we only have footage of that part doesn’t mean ****.
Agree. Deffo shouldn’t be filming while driving, but floating to someone such as carra, then surely we would all do that? Imagine if we beat Leeds 3-0 and saw hecky darn ruad... I for 1 would ask him the score.
