    Trying to over complicate things with a poor squad of players, along with far too much rotation.

    He won't last long, and will go down as one of the worst managerial appointments in our clubs history.

    What a daft reply. By using the phrase "typical foreign manager" you imply that all foreign managers are inept. Which is quite silly looking at the english league tables.

    Its alright being complex with team selection and tactics if you have a good squad of players, which we don't. So we need to go back to basics.

    What we've got is a management team used to working with players that have operated in ths stratosphere but our players in the main have operated in the lower leagues and the two are just not coming together.
