28 games. 3 wins, 22 goals. Pathetic. Be interesting to see what they've got to say on the renewal letters in a few weeks time.

Totally, utterly and absolutely total, utter and absolute *****.
I wonder how that mess matches up against other teams in all other divisions? I bet we are so far bottom it's untrue... unless you know different.

So Jose is taking loads of flak but in his 2 full games at Oakwell we've drawn one and lost one but he seems to be getting all the blame for whats gone off before.

I wish today hadn't been a full game. Was ready to go home at half time.

I kind of classed it as half a game really. He played the same team who had played in P.H's last game then changed it at half time where we played a lot better.Todays performance was awful as I posted earlier but he can only play with what he's got.The home record suggests the problems were a long time ago before Jose took over.

I'm attaching no blame to Jose for anything that went off before he came, that would be ridiculous.

It's the mentality of our players, the tactics of our recently departed manager, the plan of signing exclusively U25 players from Leagues 1 and 2 to play in the ******* Championship, that I'm blaming. Since the win on Sky vs Leeds, Conor's last game, we've a worse than 1 in 9 win record at Oakwell. I'll be surprised if we get more than 6 or 7 thousand renewing at £300+, especially if we're in League One next season.

Got to say, for the first time since I was at Uni, I am thinking I won't bother with a Season Ticket. I go with my daughter who will be off to Uni herself soon. Not sure it's worth the outlay anymore. We haven't seen Barnsley win a match since Derby in the League cup. I think I might just save my money and do something else. I'll probably do a few away games, but as things stand I just can't see what enjoyment I'mgoing to get out of attending games, half of them on my own.

I’ll be waiting to see what recruitment is like. If it’s all punts (from home or abroad) I’ll wants and see

Sad to hear. Like I said earlier, the new owners are paying the price for what went before

From where I'm sitting (at home, utterly fed up, and still not fully thawed) that 6 or 7 thousand sounds hopelessly optimistic.

Whilst I have sympathy with your argument, I have to say I have serious doubts about the new manager. Sticking McBurnie out wide left for a start. Secondly, his disgraceful treatment of Hammill. I want it to work out just as much as you do, but I'll be very surprised if it does (but pleased of course)

Possibly so, but Jose is accelerating the downward spiral at an alarming rate. All we need to do is take the gift that is not being worse than Sunderland Birmingham and Burton, which should have been within our reach, but his mystifying selections and tactics have disrupted any left over team spirit, work ethic and impetus. Stay up and the new owners have the chance to regroup. Jose is making a right pigs ear of it.

We’ve had enough chances to win today. Didn’t take em. Two sitters missed on Tuesday too.

We have an awful side. It’s not much more complex than that
