    Or lack of them.

We are a professional football club, and we can't even provide proper ball boys! It's embarrassing watching our players having to fetch the ball when it goes out of play, it slows things down every time. It's a disgrace, and it's been like this for a while now.

It’s a joke. It’s been like this since at least Wilson’s second spell in charge.

How they have them sat down the side of a packed east stand, but keep them away from the north stand so our opponents force us to fetch them the ball.

It's an embarrassment and it shows the level of apathy that sadly runs through the club. If a young lad can't be bothered to get off his arse and fetch a ball in front of the bloke who will eventually decide his career then frankly he doesn't deserve a career.

Shambolic, and looks unprofessional, another thing to feel utterly dejected about today.

Presume all the ball boys are part of our Academy set up, at whatever level. They are, therefore, paid professionals at a major football club. I say "major" in comparison to plenty of others below us in the food chain, obviously admitting that we are in a pretty sorry state at the moment. However, being rubbish on the pitch doesn't necessarily mean that we have to be thoroughly unprofessional off it.

Ball boys sitting together instead of spreading themselves out in a big empty stand is just one of the things wrong at the club. I don't blame the individuals totally - they are young lads who are getting away with their lazy antics and will continue to do so until somebody tells them otherwise. They are youths, therefore inherently lazy! But what kind of impression does it give of our "professional football club" when a ball goes out of play and these idiots just look at it and can't be bothered to react. I used to have to chase after the ball when I played on park pitches. Full time professionals shouldn't have to.

When is this going to change? Surely someone on the Academy staff is at the matches and is aware of this problem. If so, why are they doing nothing about it? It's a small thing compared to the general malaise running through the club but it's the little things that are always important.

Sort it out BFC!!!! You are just being made to look stupid and incompetent!!
