Bristol Rovers, Oxford and Wimbledon. Seen Bristol at Bath and other two at Manor ground and Plough lane but not current stadiums. Looking at top end of league 2 there are Wycombe, Exeter and Lincoln that all stand a chance of getting up so possibly a new ground or two there as well if they make it. Who would have thought we could possibly be playing Accrington in the league?
I'l probley go to more away games if we do drop too often in this league prices are a rip off to watch 90mins of football and I refuse to pay. Accrington blackpool Luton rotherham and Donny would be on my away day schedule
In some ways playing at small grounds will be better rather than bigger ones with acres of empty seats. You could say what are Bournemouth doing in the premier league with such a small capacity but it’s great to see a full ground every home match. The way football is going most of the football league could manage with 12,000 or so seats
Gotta be better atmosphere than this premierleague level dross on MOTD at minute.. no atmosphere.. and boring as fk match with over paid overhyped players..
Oxford, Gillingham, AFC Wimbledon and Bristol Rovers for me and then possible Accrington Stanley, Exeter and Carlisle. Hoping pre season at Nice comes in too.
Fills me with exitement, can’t wait to get relegated. I so enjoyed our last 2 stints in the Alehouse League, hope we never get promoted back.
Just joining in the spirit of the great Halcyon days of the alehouse league with its atmospheric and full grounds. Which I largely must’ve missed when I went.
