    Seems you can take the girl out of Dundee Ian, but you can't take Dundee out of the girl.

    This would be a good observation if she wasn't actually from Glasgow:)

    Ian asked one of the Sky technicians if he'd ask Natalie whether she'd be willing to pop out to meet him. To 'sweeten' the deal, Ian shouted "Tell her I know Lorraine Kelly!". Barnsley66 & I poured scorn at Ian's pitiful attempt!:D Two seconds later, out stepped Natalie and walked across to spend a bit of time with us! Cue an extremely smug looking Arabian Ian!:D:D

    True. She was born in the Gorbals but the family moved to East Kilbride when she was small. She says in the article
    I read that Dundee is her "home" even though she's spent a lot of time down South.

    But to be factually correct here Lorraine was born and brought up in Glasgow. She got a job in television and met her Dundee United supporting husband. Moved to Dundee and the rest is history. I'm surprised she never moved sooner as she commuted by air every week. Great lass to talk to if you ever get the chance.
