Ok, so I firmly believe we can stay up.. I just did some predictions based on the clubs who I think are still in the relegation scrap. I think Hull may have just done enough to be safe come the end of the season so included all clubs below them. I did this without letting my bias for Barnsley sway my predictions, I truly think this is what could happen. Only after I totalled mine up at the end did I realise how close I have this.. 3 teams finishing equal points on 42 and unless things change significantly, Bolton would be relegated on goal difference. Should they overturn that goal difference deficit, we could be in big trouble, currently having scored less goals and head to head stats not being in our favour......Still believe!!
How can you say that when we ain’t won a home game game since I don,t know when. I,ll pin mine to the mast we will be relegated ,only hope is if we beat Sheffield Utd on Saturday but it,s along shot.
Because you could tell by the performance in our last match especially that the players have not given up, regardless of the drivel some people are saying about team spirit. We were very unlucky not to win our last match against a team looking for a play off spot..
They might not have given up but the problem is that they are nowhere near good enough - hence the position we're in.
Biggest problem is some of the negativity from our own fans, the boo boys who are on the teams back from minute 1 if we have a misplaced pass.. Show some positivity, transference works wonders!
I don't think there has been much, if any booing. But I have to say I can't share your optimism for us winning at Ipswich or home to Bolton. We are going to be deservedly relegated I am afraid.
Against the odds, Birmingham have won three on the spin. With the threat of relegation looming and the possible loss of income ( for some), what's to say we can't do the same.? Games are not won on paper. Let's hope our lot pull their "tripes" out and get the necessary points where it counts, to ensure survival.!
Can't see us staying up. Manager who believes 4-3-3 is our best formation and is happy to see our best hope for scoring goals stuck out wide and occasionally dropping in to midfield to further nullify his threat. A keeper and defence who seem to have the ability to gift goals to the opposition every match. We don't seem to have exhibited any signs of building the sort of momentum we require to graft our way out of the bottom three and whichever model you employ we have to get wins from somewhere because we have to overhaul teams above us. Jose has to try something different for me.
I'm confident that I'll find out the answer on or before Sunday 6th May. Until then I'm just going to try to get behind the team and manager, avoid arguments on here and just move on. We'll all know soon enough, I think the time for debating what's gone wrong and what should change is in the summer. For now, I think the fans, the town and the club should try to pull together for just over 4 weeks. After that it can be a free-for-all as far as I'm concerned.

I'm an agnostic. I admire your faith.I'll think of you when I'm dwelling in the Pits of Hades, (Scunthorpe's new ground), next seaon...
This literally doesn't happen. Not once in any game home or away have I heard any negativity from the fans at the start of the game. Even when we're losing late on in a game it's rare for there to be loud protests at a bad pass/shot etc. I do agree that in these last 7 games, as against Bristol, we need to get behind them loudly and from minute one.
