I don't think there is anything out of the ordinary in there. You would expect them to lose against Bristles, wolves and Fulham. The question was always would we have enough in the tank to make up the ground.
I think they will turn brizzle over, the midgets team seem to have run out of gas, can't see 'em getting owt out fulham and the yam yams though, sithi
Yeah you could be right. They were very poor against us. The draw flattered then on the day. I see some of their fans are turning again.
" Even Nigel Clough - who admitted he actually did pop to the loo midway through the second half - conceded Birmingham had been unlucky. By the time Clough returned from his comfort break his assistant boss Andy Garner had been sent to the stands for upsetting the fourth official. It was a case of Clough missing his number two after he’d been for a number one." What ..... Really Birmingham Live, Really.
With a win tomorrow and at the weekend, we could have exceeded their algorithm by one point and have four to play. COYR
Brother-in- law ( big Mackem fan) is already resigned to the fact that Sunderland are all but down. The owner Ellis Short has gone back to the States and is prepared to give the Club away. Niall Quinn is reported to be acting for an Irish Consortium who might be interested in taking the Club on. It sounds very much as though Nigel Clough has also more or less accepted that his Burton side need an absolute miracle to get the necessary points to survive in the division. I have maintained all along, that we can survive and have to say that Saturday's result has bolstered that confidence. I feel that the third team to fill the relegation spots will be either Bolton Wanderers or Birmingham City. Of the two, it looks as though Birmingham have the worst run in and therefore they appear to be the favourites to go down. It will be very interesting to see how it all pans out. COYR.
They were apparently even worse against Millwall. He has this remarkable ability to not know how to halt a bad run.
