http://www.soccerbase.com/referees/referee.sd?referee_id=150 Mainly a premiership ref, but only his second match back after a long absence (injured?). Only had him away at Hull, which is one of his most recent matches.
Judging by his record, he likes to wave a card or two, only one game without a card, several 5s a 6 and a 7 - that must have been a tasty game.
He did warn him a few minutes earlier though, which meant he didn't really have a choice when he committed another "foul" . That doesn't change the fact all his "infringements" looked six of one, half a dozen of the other however...
Booked him for a bit of harmless tussling/holding then didn't book their bloke for cynically trying to yank Hammill back a minute later.
What was the penalty for? Can’t wait to see the highlights to try and work it out. Fuming at the minute though.
This really annoyed me, on 3 separate occasions Beevers fouled Hammill and he got 3 talkings to but no card. Where is the consistency?
