    Via debt . Exactly the reason why the economy crashed in 2008 . Personally I'd like to see a decent rise in interest rates , help out savers who might want to save for a deposit or take personal responsibility of their finances instead of constantly using the debt model . Of course that much debt has been created over the last 30 years that isn't going to happen any time soon . The bailout was always for the asset rich , it prevented devaluation and why we now have a skewed economy .
