    Difficult to see what if anything caused him to go over from that view. If there was deliberate contact someone needs shooting as the ball was sailing miles over both their heads.

    The referee was an absolute disgrace all afternoon, he was always going to give them a pen at his first opportunity, because he was quite frankly a cheating b’astard.

    What a disgrace. There’s absolutely nothing in that. The penalty was given against Moncur who wasn’t even looking at him. The ball was nowhere near it either. Dreadful decision.

    Can you imagine us being given a penalty for that? I can’t, because it would never ever happen.

    Was watching from East stand upper and he juat threw himself down. Looked like he knew what he was doing all along

    Not surprising though given a. He was in their favour all game and b. We never get penalties at Oakwell ourselves (last one October 2016) but refs are more than happy to award the opposition penalties for little.

    I had absolutely no idea what it was given for at the time.

    Thinking back to the handball shout against Yiadom (which I’m yet to see back) but I wondered if he wanted to make up/even it up for that? Just a theory because I’ve no idea how there’s a penalty in that.
