bottom line is our survival is still in our hands. it's ours to lose. whether we've got what it takes or not, we'll see.
I’m assuming you’re on about McBurnie? But what exactly did he do? Had a word with Le Fondre before the penalty? Their player dragged him to the ground and then squared up to him, I’m not sure how that warrants the same punishment. And also, how their players avoided more trouble than what they got us still astounding me. Wheater, Ameobi, Pratley, Henry all should’ve been booked far earlier than they did. Beyond belief.
I the Bolton player hadn't had his hands round his face first ( when btw he could have gone down but didn't) he wouldn't have had the guy in his face either, not right what Ollie did ( although its still not entirely clear how much contact was made so reserve opinion there) but the Bolton player was being a tw.at so no real sympathy. To say the ref was average is a joke, he was totally rank, gave bad decisions against both sides, unfortunately he gave the key decisions against us, if he had given us the BLATANT penalty its odds on we would have had a two goal cushion so I think on this occasion its totally fair to blame the ref.
