I agree entirely. And no amount of training would have allowed me to do it either. But I'd like to see us sign players who can do it, that's why I wouldn't be sad if any of them left. Hammill and Gardner can both last the distance, I'd like both of them here next season. I'm not bothered about the others.

But you don't know what other options he had. It's hard to believe but he may have been offered Liam Lindsay or someone even worse and he went with the best possible option.

I'd want decent money for Moore, but I'd let him go if the right offer came in.

Yeah because that's the only options he had he didnt even start moore in that game. What about last Jan to the summer we still had robo, matty james, Marley watkins, josh scowern, ryan Kent, yiadom ect a good squad but hecky still played one up top and we won 3 games from then till may 2 came against relegated sides.

Quick switch to January last season eh? When we had the best part of our team ripped out. Was that Hecky's fault?

And which of those you list would you have played upfront, in place of Winnall?

And anyway why is one upfront always negative?

Anyway, we've been sadly lacking up front all season till Moore and McBurnie got bedded in. Hence our situation and irrespective of whoever was in charge.

On this one thing I do know that we were watching Mawson & Scowen when they were both at Wycombe months before Lee Johnson joined the club. Quite a few other clubs were looking at Mawson at the same time but Scowen went under the radar.

We were superb against Fulham first half before Cavare got sent off & we went 4-4-1 & took Bradshaw off. That half is the best we’ve played all season in my opinion, especially given the form Fulham were in at the time.

Moore & Bradshaw looked a good partnership & that was before McBurnie joined.

Why ? Do you not think he is improving & is the type of option we have been missing for a long time

That’s a silly comment. If the club did that everyone would rip them out apart for selling one of our best players and a striker we needed for a long time.

Yeah I agree we were good against Fulham 1st half. Fulham were quite poor 1st half though but if cavare hadn't been sent off who knows we may have gone on and got something. For me the best we have played this season is Bristol at home attacking football plenty of chances created limited Bristol to only 2 shots on target and got sucker punched by a looping header and a poor bit of goalkeeping.
