In terms of ridiculous misses in vital matches, that beats kayode's half ass attempt in the fa cup semi final
It's an oft repeated factoid and for some reason some of the stat sites make the claim too, but it's not true.
Not Championship standard unfortunately. I was going to add that he should be OK in League One but if he can't score from there I'm not so sure..
Well I'd give him that, although I suspect they're not giving it him due to a Preston player making contact first? Can't see on mobile, too sunny
I don't think so, I think Potts just puts it in. Can't be absolutely certain, but one thing everyone can be certain of is that Hammill created the chance that lead to the goal.
Plenty weren't happy he was left out of the starting line up. This miss shows he's still got a lot to learn. 4th game in a row he's missed a piss easy chance, and in three of them it's arguably cost us more points.
The keeper got a touch? So the **** what? He was a foot out, it was hardly fizzing at him, he could have taken a touch, gone and got a pie and a bovril and still had time to roll it in. Some things are subjective, in varying levels, but if anyone genuinely sees that as anything less than embarrassingly abject and dismal, I’m worried for you. It was as criminally poor as the team selection was today. Something most of us commented on before the game. But even with the woeful team selection, if brad Potts could pass the ball five yards, if kiefer Moore could kick a ball forwards two feet, if Matt ******* Mills wasn’t a work shy lazy useless ****, we still wouldn’t have lost the game.
