Big no for me as well. I know they’re not his players, but he’s not even attempted to get them fit despite having a fair amount of time to do so, he hasn’t even decided on a formation. Hope there’s a clause saying we can let him go if we get relegated, because he doesn’t know what he’s doing.
I don’t think it’s particularly easy to get players fit during the season. I’m honestly torn; part of me says if we go down he has to go. Partly because a bad start next season in L1 will mean he gets sacked anyway
Nice guy. Has ability. Not for us and our situation. But I suspect that the reality is that Ganaye's credibility is invested in him - so he stays.
Sadly it's a no. The Club needs to be quickly reorganised and more competent professionals brought in after 2 years of complacency and poor leadership. Although I expect us to drift along believing we are a better team and a more successful business, than we really are.
Depends on the division. If he keeps us up then I'd give him until the January window to see if he can get us to kick on. If we go down, then I think we should look elsewhere...
Would be ideal if we stopped up and still got shut... but I can't see that happening Would be a nightmare if we went down and kept him on... which sadly I can see.. Out every time for me.. but have no faith in the new board after their last appointment to get it even remotely close to being right for the next manager Probably bring in Billy Bean..
No. Wrong appointment at the wrong time. Got no clue about the championship so can’t imagine he’s going to understand L1.
The wrong man for us in the predicament we found ourselves in. Seems a really genuine guy, but I can't understand his tactics or reasons. It has to be a "No" from me sadly.
