first I hope the Reds win Deep down it goes like this Morais says we are going all set up to win We are going to win all our next three matches. Tomorrow We did not take our chances but we will win next two Then we failed to take our chances it all rests on the last day We failed to take our chances and therefore we have relegated ourselves I have now stopped the ******** and belief I will inform most of the team they are moving on and give them their P45s this next week I need to discuss with our owners what my transfer kitty is and get into those lower leagues to get a load of crap and see if we can do better than this last lot
Most of em have signed on longer deals... So most of em won't be going anywhere... There's only Yids hammill and the loans really.. and we must have 5 loans to come back I think we know most of our players for next season already..
To be honest it's not a bad team for next season (if we're going to be in L1)- yes it's a young team, but once JM has a summer to choose his first XI they'll start gaining experience pretty quickly. For League 1, all we'd need is a decent keeper and 2-3 midfielders- maybe a loan forward/winger on top of that but we could promote from the U23s for cover. The issue for me comes if we stay up. If we do, there needs to be a fire sale; nearly the whole team needs to go, and we need to rebuild from the ground up. If we don't then we're going to be in exactly the same position next season.
Why is it b/s.The team will be set up to win.The old adage then comes to the fore,"when the players step over the white line"I would imagine misses from a foot will hurt Jose as much as us.

Isn't swapping the team wholesale how we got to where we are? I still believe that these young players have a lot of potential, they just need time and a few higher calibre players around them to allow them to the time to learn. Lindsay, Pinnock, Mallan Isgrove, Jackson McCarthy Moore all have the potential... even Moncur
Bit of tongue in cheek humour I hope we win and stay up It all depends at end of season how much the new owners want to put in the melting pot If it is quite an amount then I would replace most of team with quality. Then either get out of League one or push up championship next year. If you want racehorses you need to go to bloodstock market not to cattle market
I also hope to see Morais then stamp his authority on the team with good football tactics. He is in make or break time and definitely next year with his team retention. We will see if he is a good manager I would like to see him and assistant more on touch line urging the lads on and directing them into their correct positions if they go wandering.
