    He could try motivating them.

Irrelevant. I still think a decent manager would have kept us up considering where we were when he took over, our recent fixtures, having another three dogshit teams around us and having McBurnie up front. Just an opinion, I can't state fact but I believe a competent manager would have kept us up.

He could try organising them into something resembling a team.

He could also try working out a best 11 and not changing half the side every week, giving the impression that the team sheet is drawn from a raffle, so the back 4 in particular don't have to learn each others names again every week. I can't think that any team will ever have achieved a high level of consistency when half the side changes every week.

Using that argument as a reason for avoiding responsibility for results, Jose could have thought "I'm getting paid for this" and played anyone, in whatever position, in any tactical formation, and thought it wouldn't have been his fault if we kept losing. As long as you say "believe"

    This may actually have happened.

if his ability to spot and sign players matches his organisation and motivation, it’s perhaps as well he hasn’t made any signings. Wouldn’t trust him with Monopoly money.

How will he or his back room team know who can hack it in a league they’ve no experience of?

    Motivation plays a small part.

Skill and ability on the other hand...

No, Im afraid the excuse of 'he didnt sign any of these players' is wearing paper thin now. He didnt sign them but he hasnt done a single positive thing with them either, and Im glad to hear our loyal fans who went tonight were chanting Jose OUT!.
Its got to happen and maybe before this season even ends.

He took charge of a group of players with about 3 wins from 30 matches. He’s a coach. Not a miracle worker. Players have been garbage all season!

Yes but with a bit of know how here and there, a bit of experience of what this league is all about etc, that might have gone a long way for a start.
Ok he hasnt got a clue what hes doing and thats not his fault, it just shows what a disgraceful appointment he was in the first place. And hes proved all his critics right, and especially those who were unfairly on his back before a ball had even been kicked, they have all been proved right!.

    No. They haven't been garbage.

When have we ever been whooped?

Hecky with McBurnie from August, instead of Ugbo etc. would have had us well out of trouble.

Maybe the club have accepted defeat well before tonight and are resigned to the fact we will be playing in the ale house league next season hence the believer is just monkeying around and seeing who offers what for next season
Not going to jump on the bandwagon of calling for his head but in my opinion seriousness questions need to be asked and the man himself should honestly look at his track record and ask am i cut out for the top post or am i better suited to the number2 role... its clearly noticeable he's failing at this level ...he maybe is a lovely bloke but that alone gets you no where in this result based industry.....
Questions need answering and problems need to be addressed sooner than later....
Note to GG.....the present situation falls very short of enhancing the fans match day experience...PR disaster number one.... I would say wouldn't you

I'd say Birmingham are worse than us. They were garbage both times we beat them. Gary Monk went in there approximately the same time as Morais to us. None of the players were his. He's saved them.

I find it very hard to blame the coach for the mess. However he has done nothing to convince me he has was it takes to lead us. His CV had me worried before he started talking nonsense and changing the whole team every week.
