The first question was are you so arrogant to think you are right and everyone else is an idiot for being “hoodwinked”? Perhaps you are wrong. Radical I know. And when you choose to talk about the deceased, whom many people did admire and respect, perhaps have some dignity about it. The man can no longer defend himself. You regularly question his integrity. Perhaps, with months now between his passing, you could let him rest in peace.
But wasn’t that his prerogative given the club was indebted to him? He only took over the club to keep it going - why should he be obligated to plough more and more money into it? I wish he did like and we kept Hourihane Scowen and so on, but he didn’t and it’s history - move on.
When will it be socially acceptable to critique this regime and its legacy? Don't you find it slightly odd that people are laying the blame at the feet of people who have owned the club for four months, and not allowing the slightest criticism of someone who owned it for the previous fourteen years? I wished Patrick all the best in his fight and I meant it. Doesn't mean I can't comment on his role at BFC.
Sorry in my opinion it is...it's called the blame game many factors to take into account ... we all know where the buck stopped... that said many will see your post as A) the blame game B) seeking attention C) provoking reaction If you had waited until the upset of tonight had settled down you could have approached the subject without the emotive response you witnessed to your post
I don’t much mind what you say if you express it in a respectful way. There are many people to blame for this position. Almost everything has been poor this season. You like to constantly emphasise your perceived failings of one individual. That person has passed, so many will perhaps feel that (whether your belief is right or wrong) we can put that aspect to bed and concentrate more on the here and now.
We can't focus solely on the here and now - we have to analyse the past and learn from the mistakes made.
I blame Keith Hill for signing his mates. That’s what has caused all this. If Bassett got his tactics right in playoff finals we may still be in the premiership.
As if you dont know... why try to extend the argument arent you satisfied that Conan been pulled over the ropes for what I'd call miss timing remarks... Without falling out stop trying to inflame the situation ... or do you want to stand around shouting fight fight
The rot set in when Arsenal were promoted to Division 1 after the First World War despite finishing below us just before the War started. It should have been us putting pressure on Arsene to step down.
Yeah and your mistakes basically boil down to having a licence to blame everyone who can be blamed, for us not being in what league position ? Could it be where we are now? Whose to blame for us being bang average? We buy our way out of this, with a manager who knows how to do it. Or else we yo-yo as we've always done. Which I'm happy to live with.
If conflicting opinions were forbidden you'd be banned and your post deleted. If you can't take the response to your, in my opinion, nasty post then perhaps you should count to ten before you put your bile in print.
I actually think the arrogance of the players when we won the FA Cup has spread through the club. Clean slate needed
