To drop Yids was terrible, Fryers was probably having his best few games. To drop him for a Neil Thomson aged 55 was a ******* w4nk decision.
Lack of aggressivity and moments of blockage. That's been the problem this whole time. Yeah, my Portuguese is so much better than Jose's English. To be honest, I'm not sure my English is.
Quite right. How can anyone be tired. Hardly any of them do either a full 90 minutes and then another. They get dropped or rested. Regularly. 6 changes tonight wasn't it.... I'm all for changes and tweaks. But to tweak half the team every game is barmy
It's a feeble excuse even when they play ninety minutes twice a week but like you say this doesn't happen with Tinkerman in charge so to use it as an excuse is a f***ing insult.
He talks in riddles. Seems a really nice genuine guy but that does not make him a good manager He totally changed the team that has not been losing with that much because they were tired Ffs they should have been straining at the bit to get the win not being tired. On his tactics alone I think he has no idea whatsoever about life in English football Good night vienna
It's the 'answers' that worry me. I'm slack, I normally fight a manager's corner long after I should perhaps, because chopping & changing doesn't work - but **** me, this bloke's all over the shop.
What a truly wonderful man, and invigorating interview. I have full confidence that once the players have benefitted from a couple of really good sleeps on Thursday and Friday, and they stop being tired, then they will be ready and raring to go to fire at least 3 goals past Brentford. I’m with some friends in Birdwell this weekend so I can stay in Yorkshire to watch the match. I’m absolutely relishing it. George Spicer
Try playing your best striker up front then you ******* imbecile. I was willing to let most of what had gone before go in the hope that he might finally realise that having McBurnie central in these must-win games will boost our chances of survival, but no. Watched another 90 minutes of him barely have a touch out wide, with Moore heading it on to no-one, again. Get a grip Jose.
Agree. Don’t know who the interviewer was but he was aggressive. Great stuff - it needed it. Probably the most aggressive interview I’ve heard from Radio Sheffield. You could sort of hear that the interviewer wanted to shout at Morais - like we all want to. Well most of us anyway.
FFS George - now I am sure you're a WUM...! I WANT to support this guy and, whilst it would be interesting to give him a transfer window to prove himself - I feel that he may well have "enjoyed" himself quite royally tonight.... Sorry - and I do need a pair of your rose-tinted spectacles.......
Not his fault that we are in this situation but to use tiredness as the reason for dropping players is nonsensical. What is he basing that on, stats from training or the fact that we play a lot of games in this country. There were 3 games left at 7:30 this evening. Surely you pick your best 11 and if after an hour a couple of them are knackered then you sub them. I'm sorry, I'm not one to normally have a go, but there is no joined up thinking in what he is doing. Is he saving them for another game or is he saying they won't play again this season. If its the first reason then surely this would have been the game to use them. Apart from anything else, the fact that he would come out and say that they are tired shows a lack of managerial nous. Any other manager would have said they had niggling injuries.
After that interview, he has to go. Its evident he's not been able to get us going and he's talking absolute nonsense. Either that or the team ethic has just eroded completely.
