I agree all we have is someone who's been given an almost impossible task and he's failed. Stick with him and get rid of the players who don't buy into it, wouldn't miss any of them that we own.
That’s cos you haven’t read all the posts. There is still a sizeable minority on here that still think that the players are useless. I know that sounds absolutely stupid but some still have that view.
No Matter who took over Would not have kept us up. Effort can’t get you far but only so far without quality. Sadly our team as showed barely either recently
Can you waste another transfer window with someone of such questionable judgement? Some of the changes and tactics recently have been bizarre to say the least.
Has he not gone yet? Sorry, nice bloke I'm sure, but time to go. Harsley in for last 2 matches & then have a full rethink of management & recruitment. It is crystal clear that things have gone badly wrong in the last 15 months.
I agree with you.think he can do good too, but he needs to have HIS players and not inherited ones around him... I am not saying a complete clear out, as I would like to think we have some at the club who can work with him.. But a really big overhaul is needed.IMHO
Having listened to the radio Sheffield interview I have to reluctantly agree with what appears to be the consensus, he's not the right man.
Behave. We’re only 2 points behind & have a manager in charge that’s blown lead after lead, made bizarre subs & rotates lots of players regularly despite having the bonus of one of the best forward’s in the league. Only a little more competence from whoever was in charge & we could easily have 4 or 5 more points.
I think he means about 4 people on here and their dogs as well Jack, they all buy into this Jose boloni. I think we should be careful against such large numbers lol.
He's got to go for me. Constantly chopping & changing the back four is a recipe for disaster. His interviews are utterly bizarre. I can't imagine him inspiring anyone. We need someone who can identity signings for league 1 & who will hit the ground running. Jose Morais is not that man.
Could you please explain why you think he should continue? As asked numerous times previously. Your argument seems to revolve around "get off his back", yet you've provided no argument beyond this.
Show me where on his last three jobs stats to back up your ‘decent manager’ statement? His first couple jobs were basically pub teams
Just to argue that black is white and vice versa, some love doing that on here. Hes not a decent manager though really is he, and calling him average is stretching it a bit. What is there to suggest hes decent, or even a manager actually as it can be argued hes a coach and not a manager.
What has he done to "deserve" that chance? The inability to motivate? Knee jerk selections? Tactical ineptitude at this level?
Danny Wilson was considered a good Manager. He was crap second time round. Keith Hill was considered a good appointment, but fans turned against him after players were sold because we needed the money. Changing managers every five minutes gets you nowhere. Would people now accept Lee J back?
