    His heart was never in it after January 2017. Once he saw what the spreadsheet was lining up for the summer, he should have had the same principals as Mark Robins and left to let someone else make a fist of it.

    Didn’t have POTY and was left with one striker for half a season but had us 5 points clear of relegation. He worked miracles with the garbage from the spread sheet.

    It was always going to be difficult for whoever came in, the squad just aren’t good enough. I’m not a jose fan or a hater. He has though, been sacked for not managing to completely turn around a losing football team in 3 months.

    What would they have done if Forest had equalised in injury time, kept him? We’d have stayed up but through no credit to our performance(s).

    It’s an odd one, some were saying if hecky had kept us up it would have been a bigger achievement than promotion, yet were also asking for Morais to go regardless.

    He probably wasn’t the right appointment but It’s deeper than just the head coach where the issues lie, anyone coming in would have struggled, let’s just hope some lessons have been learned.

    Correct but difference wasn’t the manager it was other teams 2nd half performance.
    Look at Bolton and Birmingham results since Xmas to see the difference

    He DIDNT sign them!! He was head coach, he wasn’t allowed to be involved in that side of things, he was willing and wanted the manager role with a support team for that stuff but NO! Ganaye was given that job!!

    Do you know how a head coach at our club works. Hecky says the positions he wants the spreadsheet then suggests players based on stats hecky then can take a closer look and decides yes or no. So to say he had no say is un true.
