Sat there today with the 3,000 other reds fans, I looked around and felt pride. Pride that we all were in it together. Each and everyone of us giving it our all. Far more than we saw on the pitch, us fans deserved more. We sold 3000 tickets, in all honestly we could have sold 6000 and we deserved more than we got. We all felt it together but as an away support we were tremendous. Sometimes you have to take a step backwards to go forwards. Maybe this is us right now. GG and the rest of the board, take a minute and listen to the fans. Pay what it takes to bring Mick home! And if he doesn't want it then at the very least bring in someone who we can relate and get behind. Failing that, someone who's name we can fit into a song would help! Let's stick together get back to where we belong asap. You reds!
Gus Poyet for me ... started the Brighton revival. Plays good football. Knows the leagues In France with Bordeaux so maybe GG can tap him up when he's home next
McCarthy is a dinosaur, and a Leeds fan, to boot. The clamor for 'one of our own' shows how blinded our fan base is.
I don't care were he comes from what he looks like just want experience and decent football something the last 2 lacked.
Folk want "big Mick" because he's from 'Tarn'. despite him being **** and full of ****. Accusations that were leveled at our Portuguese manager. Barnsley, as a town, needs to grow up.
PPl only want mick because hes from the town, stupid. and he wont come, he doesnt want to come, never as. we will have another hecky situation where is exempt from criticsm
sorry I am really struggling to understand why Gus Poyet who has won 4 of his last 5 matches in Ligue 1 and turned Bordeaux season around, where he is coaching against Marseille, PSG and Monaco every few weeks would want to move to the third tier of English football?
I agree people made every excuse under the sun for the last one from tarn if he had been foreign folk would of been less forgiving
