    Andy Ritchie. Done it once by making a not that great team into a bunch of guys who would die for him and each other. Currently a Pundit for Radio Leeds so not totally out of touch with the game. Wouldn't mind seeing him with Hamill as his No.2.

    What about Keith Hill? Always bemoaned lack of funds before, what about if he did have funds? Would he find something else he didn't like the flavour of?

    Hill has done a good job keeping Rochdale up.
    I think we should just settle for hearing from him twice next season though.
    Some managers just seem to fit with a club.

    THIS. I would have Keith back in a heartbeat. The quality of the football played before the January where Butterfield got injured, Vaz te and Drinkwater left was some of the best I've seen in years. It was progressive, it's just unfortunate we had didn't have the funds to replace the players we lost and assist him to carry out his plan further. I personally didn't mind Keith's opinion, an honest, realistic opinion as far as I was concerned. I couldn't understand the vitriol towards him. There are far worse managers out there.
