I was gutted when we went down but surprised how quick I got over it... Quite nice for the season to be over and not have to be depressed every Saturday.

I think this squad is MUCH different than the one that went down last time-

Young squad with some talent, we DO NOT need to re-build, yet make some quality additions. We tried to bed too many players in at once this season. It doesn't mean they are bad players, just didn't have the experience to cope with Championship, let alone the time to gel at Champ level.

Excited to see who the next manager may be, absolutely massive decision.

Let's get promoted with these lads and do what we should have done last time- offer them all contract extensions at that time if they do get us up.

I fancy a top ten finish in Championship after next season.

Quietly confident that we’ll have a top four finish.

Not necessarily feeling good because relegation is never easy to stomach. I am feeling cautiously optimistic,as I normally do before any new season starts anyway. First job is for the Board to appoint the right manager.Ideally, for my money, that should be someone with experience in the Football league who knows how to set upa team to win games in League One. Secondly, without going " crazy", I hope they then make sufficient funds available, to finance the signature of three or four quality players who will compliment the players we already have at the Club that we feel should be capable of performing at League One level. Of that number, I truly hope the likes of Thiam, McGeehan, Pinnock, Potts and Mowatt can all repay the investment made in them, with some consistent form in a league that is definitely a lot less demanding than the Championship.

    and Knausmuller too.

If Yidds and Hamill go we need to replace them, also if we let Davies go then a new keeper too. I would also like to see a couple of strikers too. Hopefully all on a permanent deal not loans.

I think most people have been expecting relegation since Feb/March time so had time to get accustomed to it. It would have been a lot more bitter to accept if the club had dropped into bottom 3 on the last day.

No Bradshaw? At this level it should be 352 formation

If we go straight back up it will be really good for the club.

Our rise from league one happened a year too early on reflection and we were not prepared for it

Hand on heart GRBB, I honestly thought, that as bad as we were, we would still survive. What let us down were defeats and draws to the teams in and around us. The losses against Hull and Burton were hard to take and the farcical decision to award the penalty at home to Bolton which cost us two points was a real sickener.

I think a lot had those same feelings but unfortunately the team, several times over the season, proved it didn't have the stomach when it came to a fight.

I would be extremely surprised and disappointed if that was the starting line up.

I can see quite a few changes coming.
The new manager is going to be busy.

Maybe they are planning the next "go Barnsley" advertising campaign

They certainly were right, we certainly did go
