Never heard of him? Coach of Coleraine who just won the Irish Cup. Runners up in the League 39 years old. NI manager of the year. Mate of mine. He is young, gifted and the NI league is about League One standard - come on Oran - apply for the job!

The N.I. league is no way near L1 ....... Unibond at the very best..... And that's a stretch

And what criteria do you base those comments on?

I wouldn’t expect any Irish side to compete at L1 level nevermind the league itself being at L1 level. That’s just an objective analysis based on what I’ve seen, the players operating at that level and the status of the league itself.

Why do you think the league is League 1 standard, out of interest?

I watch the N.I. League show on the BBC iPlayer every week.... It's not even close to the conference let alone L1

From what I've seen of the NI league both live and on tv it's not even close to league one standard.
That's not really relevant though. If you demonstrate the ability to motivate and organise the level might not matter. However, I think there's better options around.
