    Tell you what, I wish we could find OUR Arsene Wenger. Someone that can take the club and mould it in his image, build us from the bottom up and stay here 20 plus years...

    Agree, would be brilliant if there was the patience from fan base and owners to allow someone the time to build something. Sadly feels those days are gone. Although the danger is giving the wrong candidate too much time!! Felt Hecky could have been that person at one stage, but that fizzled out somewhat!

    Who knows. Right appointment this time and it’s a great project for someone. If the owners aspirations really are to build the club and get to the premier league any decent manager would probably consider it.
