I don’t worry so much about bringing too many new faces in, l honestly think we were the ‘better’ team in most of last seasons games, and if we can take those performances into the 1st division we will bounce straight back, BUT only if we improve our fitness, too many games saw the likes of Potts, Cavare, Moncur etc. run out of steam after 60 minutes or so. ‘Be fit be fast be first......

    I agree

We dropped far too many points late on in the season due to fitness in my opinion. The Bristol City game is the one I look back on and think that we could have killed them off long before their first equaliser, had we just got a little more in the tank.

The thing is, the majority of the team had never played 40+ games in a season before, nevermind at championship level. Kieffer Moore was the big one for me, game after game he was looking to the bench as if he wanted to come off. Looked absolutely shot at times. Which is a shame because he was often our best player, particularly at home.
