I'm gonna guess at 5,000-6,000. Being pressganged into buying extra early will have put some off, with more being put off by us being relegated afterward.
I would guess less than usual as a) they didn’t send out renewal reminder letters and Head Coach statement, b) they put prices up in some areas, c) they got rid of the May offer, d) they normally post if they are above the target for the year, e) we still don’t have a manager and of course f) we were relegated
I renewed my season ticket ages ago, and yesterday received an 'it's more than a game, renew your season ticket by May 31' postcard. I bet those who haven't renewed don't get a postcard! I feel lucky.
No press gang for me, we have bought ours in april since the discounted early ticket came on sale a few years ago & if you budget for april again next year it gives you the full 12 months to save for one
I don't think that's right !!! There is NO May offer........ and there's the problem. It says ..... 3rd April: Early Bird Window Opens 30th April: Early Bird Window Shuts 1st May: Regular Pricing Begins 31st May: All Un-renewed Season Tickets Become Available 21st June: New Season Fixtures Released August: 2018/19 Season begins
How's life after teaching, by the way? My wife is heartily sick and tired of it now, is doing three days at her school and two days supply where she has no hassle whatsoever. She can't wait to quit altogether.
It's fantastic! My job is lovely, I get to still be around the students every day and help them with their homework and reading but I have no stress at all. We obviously don't have as much money as we once did but we had our mortgage application for our first house approved on Saturday, with the payment being less than we currently pay in rent, so that's a worry over. I feel for your wife, is there any chance that she may be able to leave soon?
